These terms apply to your use of this website and to any application you submit to join Local Media, a TikTok Live creator agency operating in the Middle East and North Africa. By submitting an application you confirm that you accept these terms.

2. Applications

Applying to Local Media is free. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We review every application and contact applicants who are a fit for the current cohort. Cohort places are limited and applications close when a cohort is full.

You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that the TikTok account you submit belongs to you.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and based in the Middle East and North Africa. You are responsible for complying with TikTok's own community guidelines, monetization rules, and terms of service at all times.

4. Training and services

If accepted, we provide training, guidance on live monetization, growth support, and access to brand partnership opportunities. We do not promise any specific level of followers, views, earnings, or brand deals. Results depend on your own effort, content, and platform factors outside our control.

5. Brand partnerships

Brand partnerships offered through Local Media are subject to separate agreements between you, Local Media, and the brand. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer of paid work.

6. Your conduct

You agree not to misuse this website, submit false applications, impersonate another creator, or use Local Media's name, logo, or materials without written permission.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and branding, belongs to Local Media or its licensors. You keep ownership of the content you create on your own channels.

8. Liability

This website and its content are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Local Media is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from participation in our programs.
